Creates a liquid-like texture from presets or a custom image input. Outputs masks, threshold textures and normal maps. Useful for VFX or decals.

I tried your atlaser but it lacks the cool movement you have in that gif :) mine feels more like it disolves :(
Hi vdboer! What I've done was taking out the result of the liquid + atlaser nodes into a particle system in Unity. The texture is dissolving like you mentioned, but also stretching and moving.

Hi tfranchomme_l, what exactly are you trying to do with it? Ideally you'd create a custom shader but you could just use the results to create an opacity, base color, roughness maps and plug the normal map the node gives you. If you're looking to create a flipbook texture, then you can plug the "threshold" output on the atlaser node I've linked on the description, and use that result to create all the necessary maps.

Thanks for your reply, I found your plugin by searching more info on that precise link hehe.
They animated normalmaps, I know how to make thoses different maps but I don't really figure how they use those different imputs in a shader.
Can I use your normal map input right away ?
Edge Fade control must be wrongly connected.. it change the look of cracks not only fading. Other then that it os awesome!!!
