A version of Brick I created for use in alley ways. Based upon a brick pattern I found in an alley way in Galveston, Texas. Tested in Unreal Engine 4. Comes with sliders for further customization.

The ORM map of this Substance represents a packed map of Occlusion, Roughness and Metallic. These can be accessed through the RGB outputs of a texture node in Unreal Engine:
Red = Ambient Occlusion
Green = Roughness
Blue = Metallic
